Gonzalez has an ERA of just 3.08 in 2 career starts against San Francisco, and he has already defeated the Giants once this season, allowing only 2 hits in 8 innings of a 1-0 win. His success against the Giants really doesn’t come as much of a surprise considering they are hitting just .255 and scoring only 3.7 runs per game against lefty starters this season.
