Buffalo Bills Season Win Totals 2008
The Buffalo Bills have gone 7-9 in each of the last two seasons, and now head coach Dick Jauron is feeling the heat off of his seat to improve this team’s record and make a playoff run.
It doesn’t matter how hot the seat is, the NFL odds show it’s going to be tough for the Buffalo Bills to make a turnaround this year as they were 31st in defense and 30th in offense a year ago, plus the AFC East should be improved in 2008.
Jeff Alexander is here to go over the schedule for 2008, and we are going to pick it apart to figure out how many wins you can expect the Bills to rack up. Then head over to BetUS for some NFL betting on the win totals they have posted.
September 7th – Seattle Seahawks (W)
The Buffalo crowd should be amped up for the home opener, so we see them taking down the Seahawks here.
September 14th – at Jacksonville Jaguars (L)
Doubtful the Bills can go on the road and beat a Super Bowl contender.
September 21st – Oakland Raiders (W)
Buffalo picks up another home win against a weak Raider team.
September 28th – @ St. Louis Rams (L)
The Rams are going to be better this year, and going on the road isn’t going to be easy for the Bills.
October 5th – @ Arizona Cardinals (L)
Another tough road loss as the Bills have to head across country.
October 10th – San Diego Chargers (L)
First home loss as the Chargers are a way better team.
October 26th – @ Miami Dolphins (L)
Tough division loss here against an improved Miami squad.
November 2nd – New York Jets (W)
I’ll take Buffalo to pick up a win at home against the Jets.
November 9th – @ New England Patriots (L)
The Pats won’t lose a home game this year.
November 17th – Cleveland Browns (L)
Cleveland’s success in 2007 wasn’t a fluke.
November 23rd – @ Kansas City Chiefs (L)
Playing the Chiefs in November at Arrowhead normally means a loss.
November 30th – San Francisco 49ers (W)
Two bad teams, let’s go with the home team.
December 7th – Miami Dolphins (W)
Finally Buffalo pulls together back-to-back wins.
December 14th – @ New York Jets (L)
The Jets are good enough to take care of Buffalo in New York.
December 21st – @ Denver Broncos (L)
Denver is playoff bound and will need this victory.
December 28th – New England Patriots (L)
It’s tough for us to see New England losing this game, even if they are resting their starters.

Under 8 Regular Season Wins -120
Analysis: I just don’t see the Bills repeating last year’s performance as bad as their stats were. This is a team that over-achieved a year ago and still didn’t get to the .500 mark. There are too many holes and they haven’t been fully addressed this off-season, so take the UNDER in one of our favorite season win total bets. Make sure you come back each week for more winning NFL picks from Jeff Alexander.
